Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé permettant d'améliorer le mélange de substances dans une bouteille pour agitateur rotatif, ce procédé consistant à introduire de manière régulée des perturbations selon des écoulements axial et transversal. L'efficacité de ce procédé se traduit par un rendement amélioré des mises en culture cellulaire et une meilleure propagation virale dans les bouteilles pour agitateur rotatif, grâce à l'introduction des perturbations susmentionnées au cours du processus.
