Abstract

Méthode permettant de produire un fluide de traitement de puits. Le pétrole brut est produit directement à partir d'une formation d'hydrocarbures, le pétrole brut comprenant de un à six atomes de carbone et les hydrocarbures comprenant plus de 20 atomes de carbone. Le pétrole brut est raffiné afin de supprimer de manière substantielle tous les hydrocarbures du fluide lorsque ces hydrocarbures comportent moins de six atomes de carbone et de supprimer de manière substantielle tous les hydrocarbures lorsque ces hydrocarbures comportent plus de 20 atomes de carbone. Méthode de traitement de puits. Déterminer le type de contaminants contenus dans un puits. Raffiner le fluide produit à partir d'un puits pour en supprimer les composants lourds afin de fabriquer un fluide de traitement. Injecter le fluide de traitement dans le puits. Méthode de traitement de puits. Échantillonner le fluide du puits en un point d'échantillonnage de fond pour produire un échantillon de fond du fluide du puits. Échantillonner le fluide du puits fabriqué à partir du puits à la surface pour fabriquer un échantillon de surface du fluide du puits. Analyser l'échantillon de fond et l'échantillon de surface pour déterminer la quantité de contaminants de fluide de puits perdue dans le fluide de puits lors de son transit entre le point d'échantillonnage de fonds et la surface. Traiter le puits avec un fluide de traitement de puits en se basant sur les caractéristiques des contaminants perdus. De préférence, effectuer ces processus sur le site du puits.
