Abstract
La présente invention porte sur une méthode et un appareil permettant d'obtenir une feuille plastique lenticulaire (30). Cette méthode consiste à utiliser un premier rouleau refroidisseur (40), un rouleau refroidisseur à motifs (42) ayant un premier motif lenticulaire et un deuxième rouleau refroidisseur (48). Une feuille plastique (49) est extrudée dans la première ligne de contact (140), entre le premier rouleau refroidisseur (40) et le rouleau à motifs (42), de sorte qu'elle soit en contact avec le premier motif lenticulaire, ce qui facilite la formation d'un second motif complémentaire sur ladite feuille. Une courroie (44) disposée autour du premier rouleau refroidisseur (40) et du second rouleau refroidisseur (48) exerce une force sur la feuille plastique (49) dans le sens du rouleau refroidisseur à motifs (42), et maintient ainsi la feuille de plastique (49) en contact avec le rouleau refroidisseur à motifs (42) pour empêcher une distorsion du second motif lenticulaire à mesure que la feuille de plastique refroidit, c'est-à-dire qu'elle passe de l'état de fusion à l'état de non fusion.
