Abstract

L'invention concerne des protéines modifiées sur le plan hydrophobe et des procédés relatifs à leur élaboration. On rattache une fraction hydrophobe à une surface de résidu d'acide aminé des protéines. Cette fraction peut être un lipide ou un peptide. Une variante consiste à effectuer une dérivatisation par une grande variété de réactions chimiques permettant d'ajouter une structure hydrophobe aux protéines. De préférence, les protéines sont d'origine mammalienne et choisies parmi le groupe qui renferme les types Sonic, Indian et Desert hedgehog. La fraction hydrophobe est une attache pratique sur laquelle il est possible de fixer une vésicule (par exemple, membrane cellulaire, liposome ou micelle).
