Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions comestibles améliorées d'enrobage par film, que l'on prépare par mélange d'un polymère filmogène avec un plastifiant et de l'eau de manière à obtenir un mélange polymère extrudable renfermant de 20 à 60 pour cent d'eau, par extrusion du mélange en fils, par séchage et apprêtage des fils. Ces compositions, qui sont à écoulement libre, exemptes de poussière et rapidement dispersible dans l'eau froide, sont utilisées dans des applications pharmaceutiques, alimentaires et en confiserie.
