Abstract

Dans un mode de réalisation, la présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de faire fonctionner un compteur d'électricité électronique (100) comportant des capteurs de courant (104) et de tension (106) conçus pour générer des mesures de courant et de tension, respectivement, un microordinateur (114) relié aux capteurs de courant (104) et de tension (106) et présentant sur sa puce de la mémoire morte (ROM) (120) masquée, et une mémoire non volatile, altérable (118) reliée au microordinateur (114). Le procédé consiste : à stocker les vecteurs montrant les parties de programme de la mémoire ROM dans la mémoire non volatile, et à utiliser les vecteurs stockés pour actionner le microordinateur de sorte qu'il exécute les parties de programme stockées dans la mémoire ROM pour commander les opérations du compteur (100).
