Abstract

L'invention concerne une famille de dérivés du chlorobenzène, dont les formules sont illustrées dans les figures (IA) et (IB), qui peuvent être utilisés comme photosensibilisants en thérapie photodynamique. Les solutions desdits dérivés de chlorobenzène, qui sont acceptées sur le plan physiologique, provoquent une destruction cellulaire et tissulaire sélective. L'invention concerne également un procédé qui permet de détruire les cellules et les tissus par une technique photodynamique, qui consiste à administrer à l'homme ou à l'animal les dérivés de chlorobenzène de formules (IA) et (IB), puis à exposer ledit animal ou homme à une lumière suffisante pour générer un effet cytotoxique.
