Abstract
L'invention concerne un appareil (11) et un procédé de formage d'une structure tubulaire continue. Ledit procédé consiste à présélectionner un matériau (101) formant une résine liquide réactive, un matériau additif particulaire solide (100), un matelas tubulaire poreux (89) et un élément vessie gonflable (90) placé dans le matelas. Les particules additives (100) sont mélangées avec le matériau (101) formant une résine liquide, dans une partie de mélangeage (14) sensiblement continue, de sorte qu'un mélange homogène soit formé. La combinaison matelas tubulaire/vessie est avancée à travers le mélange résine liquide /additif, au niveau de la partie de formage de matrice (15), dont une partie migre à travers le matelas de manière sensiblement homogène, de manière qu'une matrice résineuse continue soit formée dans celui-ci. Le matelas traité par le mélange est avancé le long d'un chemin présélectionné, alors que la vessie qu'il contient est gonflée, afin qu'une structure tubulaire de section transversale prédéterminée soit formée, structure à laquelle une configuration finale présélectionnée est ensuite donnée.
