Abstract

La présente invention concerne une installation conçue pour identifier les activités d'un utilisateur sur un poste de travail, lequel poste de travail est étudié pour recevoir un signal d'au moins un dispositif d'entrée. L'installation comprend les éléments suivants: (i) dispositif de surveillance permettant de surveiller une pluralité d'ensembles déterminés de signaux utilisateur pendant un laps de temps donné, signaux qui sont transmis via le dispositif d'entrée; (ii) dispsositf de quantification des résultats perçus par le dispositif de surveillance sous forme d'une pluralité d'ensembles de données; et (iii) dispositif de traitement permettant de comparer les résultats quantifiés à des valeurs de seuil déterminées et de traiter ces résultats selon une ou plusieurs règles préfixées de manière à identifier l'activité de l'utilisateur.
