Abstract
Description
ELEMENT DE LITERIE A RESSORTS.
La présente invention est relative aux éléments de literie à ressorts, notamment les matelas à ressorts ou éventuellement ïes sommiers à ressorts.
Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne un élément de literie comprenant au moins une face horizon-tale de support soutenue par une nappe de ressorts métal-liques.
Les éléments de literie .connus de ce type compor tent des ressorts d'acier et présentent l'inconvénient d'être lourds, de sorte qu'ils sont difficiles à manipuler par leurs utilisateurs, par exemple lorsqu'il faut retour ner un matelas à ressorts au moment d'un changement de saison.
La présente invention a notamment pour but de pal-lier cet inconvénient.
A cet e=fet, selon l' invention, un élément de li terie du genre en question est essentiellement caractérisé
en ce que les ressorts sont réalisés en alliage d'alumi nium.
Grâce à ces dispositions, on obtient un élément de literie qui est nettement plus léger que dans l'art anté-rieur . le gain de poids ainsi réalisé peut atteindre ai-sément 25 à 30% lorsque l'élément de literie est un mate-las.
Par ail~~eurs, de façon surprenante, l'élément de literie selon l'invention est aussi confortable qu'un êlé-ment de literie à ressorts d'acier de l'art antérieur, et ce malgré le relativement faible module d'élasticité des SPRING BEDDING ELEMENT.

l'une et/ou à l'autre des dispositions suivantes .

Ce matelas 1 comprend .
- un habillage extérieur 2 formé par une ou plu-sieurs couches de tissu résistant, notamment un tissu con-ducteur de l'électricité à base de fibres de carbone qui évite ou limite les phénomènes d'électricité statique, - une couche de mousse 3 ou autre matériau sou-ple, disposée sous l'habillage 2, - une nappe 4 de ressorts métalliques 5 juxtapo-sés et agrafés, lesquels ressorts travaillent en compres-sion dans le sens de l'épaisseur du matelas entre les deux faces horizontales 6 dudit matelas, ces ressorts étant de 3 PCT / FR99 / 03053 Al: approximately 91.4%;
