Abstract
La présente invention concerne des pâtes à tartiner à base de noix améliorées, notamment des beurres de cacahuètes, comprenant une composition à base de cacahuètes grillées foncée et une composition à base de cacahuètes grillées plus claire. Ces pâtes à tartiner à base de noix ont une viscosité relativement faible, mais conservent une saveur intense. L'invention concerne également la composition du produit et son procédé de préparation.
