Abstract

L'invention concerne l'accès protégé par mot de passe, dans lequel un numéro de téléphone donné est utilisé en tant qu'identité de l'utilisateur associée aux informations protégées. Lorsque l'utilisateur doit changer son mot de passe, il lui suffit d'appeler depuis ledit téléphone un service de changement de mot de passe qui récupère automatiquement l'identité de la ligne appelante dans l'information de signalisation de l'appel entrant, sollicite un nouveau mot de passe, reçoit de l'utilisateur le nouveau mot de passe et l'enregistre en remplacement du précédent. On évite ainsi l'intervention du personnel d'administration du système et tout retard lié à une remise à zéro manuelle du mot de passe de l'utilisateur.
