Abstract

La présente invention concerne un protocole des biens intellectuels permettant de définir des règles et des formats d'échanges de données pour des objets de données de biens intellectuels universels, et des systèmes, des procédés et des programmes informatiques concernant lesdits biens. Ce système comprend un système de protocole de biens intellectuels qui sert de moteur pour définir des règles et des formats d'échanges de données pour les documents de biens intellectuels universels. Ce système comprend également un système frontal qui assure de préférence une interface utilisateur graphique pour permettre aux utilisateurs d'accéder au système de protocoles des biens intellectuels. En outre, une base de données de biens intellectuels est prévue, qui mémorise des ensembles d'objets formant biens intellectuels (et des informations concernant ces derniers), un ou plusieurs modes de réalisation d'un protocole de biens intellectuels et ainsi de suite. Le système de protocole de biens intellectuels interagit avec le serveur du gestionnal des biens formant propriétés intellectuelles (IPAM).
