Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à des variants du VEGF qui présentent au moins une mutation d'acide aminé unique dans la séquence du VEGF natif et possèdent une affinité de liaison sélective soit pour le récepteur KDR soit pour le récepteur FLT-1. L'invention se rapporte également à des procédés d'élaboration de ces variants VEGF et à des procédés d'utilisation de tels variants.
