Abstract
cette invention concerne des systèmes de gaufrage, des lances à air et des procédés de gaufrage de tissu qui permettent d'obtenir une transition franche aux détails fins entre des zones non gaufrées et des zones gaufrées ainsi qu'une grande uniformité sur toute la largeur du tissu gaufré. Ce système de gaufrage à l'air fait intervenir des lances à air (210) dirigeant un flux d'air sur la surface à gaufrer (113) d'un tissu (111), qui comportent au moins une buse (216) dont les orifices présentent des dimensions sensiblement inférieures à celles de buses classiques. Ces systèmes de gaufrage à l'air peuvent également comporter des lances à air dont les buses sont disposées tout contre la surface à gaufrer avec un orifice dont la taille est nettement inférieure à la longueur, un orifice en forme de fente allongée orientée essentiellement sur toute la largeur du tissu ; des lances à air dont l'élément formant buse (214) peut être séparé du corps principal (212) de la lance, de sorte que la buse puisse être disposée tout contre le tissu et réoriente l'air produit de telle sorte qu'une partie substantielle du flux d'air frappe la surface du tissu à angle droit ; et des lances à air avec chicanes ou éléments déflecteurs (340) qui accentuent, par rapport à l'axe longitudinal de la lance, l'angle selon lequel l'air traverse les buses et va frapper la surface du tissu.
