Abstract
Système de gazéification des déchets urbains, dans lequel des déchets urbains solides et d'autres formes de déchets sont convertis en énergie utile, à l'aide d'un processus de gazéification à couplage direct dans une cuve de recyclage et de valorisation des déchets de conception artistique, qui permet de contrôler précisément la température et la teneur en oxygène de la charge de déchets en vrac tout en assurant un tri automatique de tous les résidus après gazéification. Est intégré, dans la présente invention, un système d'équilibrage d'accélérateur clé qui contrôle précisément la température dans la plage de 800-1100°F et la teneur en oxygène dans la plage de 5-7 % dans la cuve de recyclage et de valorisation des déchets pendant 12-14 heures, afin de permettre une meilleure efficacité globale de la valorisation des déchets en gaz et de minimiser les polluants dans la présente invention. La structure en béton qui soutient la cuve de recyclage et de valorisation des déchets sert également d'enveloppe thermique de laquelle de l'air chaud est extrait afin de sécher les déchets entrants. Les résidus de verre, d'aluminium et d'autres composants métalliques des déchets sont automatiquement calibrés et séparés de la cendre, afin d'être recyclés, par un système de commande logique de portes de gravité, de grilles super-magnétisées vibrantes, d'aspiration, de tamisage et de courants de Foucault, qui augmentent avantageusement la vitesse, la sécurité et l'efficacité de la gazéification et du recyclage automatique des déchets urbains solides non triés en énergie et en matières premières commercialisables. Le gaz produit dans la cuve de valorisation des déchets est conditionné dans une cellule de préparation de carburant unique en le mélangeant à de l'air ambiant ou de l'oxygène, et peut être utilisé pour lancer les éléments chauffants de la cuve de valorisation des déchets avec l'excédent de gaz ou pour faire tourner une turbine ou chaudière à gaz afin de produire de l'électricité avec la chaleur résiduelle utilisée pour le chauffage centralisé ou des procédés industriels.
