Abstract

Cette invention a trait à des procédés visant à augmenter la production de cytokines dans une culture de cellules de mammifère et ce, par le biais d'une modification du taux d'un facteur de régulation de la cytokine dans les cellules, ce qui se traduit par des niveaux accrus de production de cytokine. L'invention concerne également des lignées cellulaires présentant une expression accrue de facteur de régulation de la cytokine ainsi qu'une augmentation de l'expression de la cytokine.
