Abstract
La présente invention concerne des câbles (20, 25, 30) blindés à paire torsadée à liaison latérale de haute performance, un câble de données (10A & B)de haute performance contenant au moins quatre de ces câbles (20, 25, 30) blindés à paire torsadée à liaison latérale, et un procédé de fabrication de ceux-ci. Ces câbles (20, 25, 30) blindés à paire torsadée à liaison latérale possèdent un écart d'impédance normalisé réglée à 20 DEG C de 4,5 ou moins et contiennent au moins quatre de ces câbles blindés à paire (10) torsadée à liaison latérale. La paire torsadée est enveloppée latéralement par une bande (16) de blindage métallique et par une trame, une tresse métallique ou un fil (18) sous tension qui permet d'obtenir les valeurs précitées. La tension est telle qu'elle puisse fournir une zone de vide dans la section transversale inférieure à 25 % et de préférence inférieure à 18 %de la zone de section transversale du câble blindé à paire torsadée. La bande (16) est enveloppée latéralement avec un chevauchement d'au moins 10 %. Les câbles (20, 25, 30) ont de préférence un calibre supérieur à 600 MHz et 1000 MHz. Cette invention concerne aussi un câble 20, 25, 30) de données pour vide technique UL 910 de haute performance, de catégorie 5 au moins, qui possède une gaine (19) non fluorée et une bande (27) séparatrice ininflammable et thermorésistante, placée entre la gaine (19) et le coeur du câble.
