Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de traitement de minerai (2) à grains fins, ledit minerai (2) étant soumis à un criblage à l'air à l'aide d'un gaz, ce qui donne lieu à la formation de deux fractions (6, 8), à savoir une fraction sommaire (6) et une première fraction fine (8). La fraction sommaire (6) est séparée et la fraction fine (8) est entraînée avec le gaz, puis séparée du gaz et acheminée au moins en grande partie conjointement avec la fraction sommaire (6) jusqu'à un poste de traitement. La première fraction fine (8) est soumise à un autre criblage à l'air avec un gaz. Une seconde fraction fine (18) est séparée et acheminée conjointement avec la fraction sommaire (6) jusqu'au poste de travail et une fraction ultrafine (19) est entraînée avec le gaz, puis séparée du gaz, ce qui permet d'éviter l'apparition de phénomènes de collage et d'adhérence inhérents à la fraction ultrafine (19) dans les processus subséquents de traitement du minerai (2) à grains fins.
