Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à un toron de fibres au moins partiellement enrobé, comprenant plusieurs fibres, l'enrobage étant constitué par un composant organique et par des particules lamellaires ayant une conductivité thermique d'au moins 1 Watt par mètre K à une température de 300 K. Cette invention se rapporte également à un toron de fibres au moins partiellement enrobé comprenant plusieurs fibres, l'enrobage étant constitué par un composant organique et par des particules lamellaires non hydratables. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un toron de fibres au moins partiellement enrobé comprenant plusieurs fibres ayant une composition d'enrobage, compatible avec la résine, sur au moins une partie d'une surface d'au moins l'une desdites fibres, la composition d'enrobage compatible avec la résine comprenant: (a) plusieurs particules séparées formées à partir de matériaux choisis parmi des matériaux organiques non thermoexpansibles, des matériaux polymères inorganiques, des matériaux composites non thermoexpansibles et des mélanges de ceux-ci, lesdites particules ayant une taille de particule moyenne suffisante pour permettre le mouillage du toron; (b) au moins un matériau lubrifiant différent de celui des particules séparées et (c) au moins un matériau filmogène. Cette invention se rapporte également à un toron de fibres au moins partiellement enrobé comprenant plusieurs fibres de verre ayant une composition d'enrobage compatible avec la résine sur au moins une partie d'une surface d'au moins l'une desdites fibres de verre, la composition d'enrobage compatible avec la résine comprenant: (a) plusieurs particules inorganiques lamellaires ayant une valeur de dureté de Mohs qui ne dépasse pas la valeur de dureté de Mohs desdites fibres de verre; et (b) au moins un matériau polymère. Cette invention se rapporte en outre à un toron de fibres au moins partiellement enrobé comprenant plusieurs fibres de verre ayant une composition d'enrobage compatible avec la résine sur au moins une partie d'une surface d'au moins l'une desdites fibres de verre, cette composition d'enrobage compatible avec la résine comprenant: (a) plusieurs particules organiques creuses non thermoexpansibles; (b) au moins un matériau lubrifiant différent de celui des particules organiques creuses.
