Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système (250) permettant de communiquer entre un organisme répondant à un numéro d'appel spécial et un élément mobile (260). Cet organisme de réponse d'appel (256) répond à un numéro d'appel spécial introduit par un appelant (252). L'élément mobile (260) participe en répondant à cet appel. L'organisme de réponse (256) et cet élément mobile (260) sont agencés de façon à communiquer sans fil. L'organisme de réponse (256) est agencé de façon à reconnaître et à interpréter les informations du numéro spécial, comprenant au moins une information d'identification et une information de localisation relatives à l'appelant (252). Ce système (250) comprend: (a) un terminal (262) recevant le numéro spécial situé avec l'élément mobile (260), ce terminal de réception (262) est agencé de façon à recevoir et afficher des informations sélectionnées parmi des informations du numéro spécial, ce terminal de réception (262) étant agencé de façon à pouvoir rappeler l'appelant (252) à partir des informations sélectionnées, et (b) un couplage d'appel (216), ce couplage d'appel (216) est agencé de façon à être rendu actif au niveau de l'organisme de réponse d'appel (256). Ce couplage d'appel (216) connecte l'appelant (252) avec l'élément mobile (260) et fournit les informations sélectionnées à l'élément mobile (260) lorsque ce couplage d'appel (216) est en position active. Le procédé consiste: (a) sans qu'il soit tenu compte d'un ordre particulier, (1) à localiser un terminal recevant le numéro spécial avec l'élément mobile, ce terminal de réception étant agencé de façon à recevoir des informations sélectionnées des informations du numéro spécial, et (2) à fournir un couplage d'appel, ce couplage d'appel étant agencé de façon à être rendu actif au niveau de l'organisme de réponse, (b) à orienter le couplage d'appel en position active de façon à connecter l'appelant avec l'élément mobile, et (c) à fournir ces informations sélectionnées à l'élément mobile.
