Abstract

Procédé d'ajustement de la dépendance thermique d'une fibre optique, impliquant l'hydrogénation de la fibre pour la rendre photosensible, puis son exposition à un rayonnement UV pendant une durée permettant d'obtenir l'ajustement souhaité en termes de dépendance thermique. Dans un interféromètre de Mach-Zehnder tout-fibre, le procédé inclut l'utilisation d'une fibre photosensible en tant qu'un des bras de l'interféromètre et l'exposition de cette fibre photosensible à un rayonnement UV de sorte à ajuster la dépendance thermique de l'interféromètre. L'interféromètre résultant fait également partie de l'invention.
