Abstract

L'invention concerne un système de détection moléculaire pour détecter la présence ou l'absence d'un événement moléculaire dans un échantillon d'essai. Ce système comprend un réservoir de fluide, une source de signaux, une sonde de mesure, et un détecteur de signaux. La sonde de mesure comprend une tête de sonde et une extrémité de raccordement. La tête de sonde est configurée pour coupler par voie électromagnétique un signal d'essai d'incident à l'échantillon d'essai dans la zone de détection du réservoir de fluide. L'interaction du signal d'essai d'incident avec l'échantillon d'essai produit un signal d'essai modulé, et la tête de sonde est configurée pour récupérer au moins une partie de ce signal. Ce système comprend, en outre, un détecteur de signaux, qui est couplé à l'extrémité de raccordement de la sonde de mesure et configuré pour récupérer le signal d'essai modulé.
