Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un appareil permettant de mouler des articles par injection, un premier (316A) et un second (316B) courants de résine coulés dans la cavité de moulage (312) interagissant, de façon à former une géométrie (320) de ligne de soudure interverrouillée. Ledit procédé consiste a) à fournir un moule définissant une cavité de moulage; (b) à couler un premier et un second courants de résine dans ladite cavité de moulage, chaque jet de résine présentant un avant de jet; c) et à amener les avants de jets à interagir de façon à former une géométrie de ligne de soudure interverrouillée.
