Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil de laminage de pièces à usiner, telles que des feuilles ou des tiges, notamment des feuilles métalliques. Ledit appareil comprend (1) au moins une cage de laminage, au moins deux cylindres de travail commandés compris de manière rotative dans ladite cage (1) qui coopèrent l'un avec l'autre pour laminer ladite pièce à usiner à une taille et/ou forme requise, placés orthogonalement au sens du laminage (4). Au moins un desdits cylindres de travail (2, 3) peut être déplacé à l'intérieur de ladite cage (1), orthogonalement au sens du laminage (4) et est associé à une unité de pression (13, 14) qui peut exercer une pression de laminage (N) sur le cylindre de travail. Au moins un desdits cylindres de travail (2, 3) est exempt de cylindre d'appui et est incorporé de manière rotative dans une chaise de palier (11, 12) située à l'opposé de la zone de laminage, soutenant au moins une partie d'une surface externe (9, 10) dudit cylindre (2, 3) comme un bac. Ledit appareil comprend aussi un dispositif apportant un film continu lubrifiant entre la surface externe (9, 10) desdits rouleaux (2, 3) et la chaise de palier (11, 12), de préférence au moins une chambre de fluide similaire à une rainure (29, 30, 32 à 35) étant située dans la partie de ladite chaise (11, 12) incorporant ledit cylindre de travail (2, 3). Ce dispositif est relié à une source de fluide et ledit cylindre de travail (2, 3) est relié par l'intermédiaire de ladite chaise de support (11, 12) à l'unité de pression (13, 14) afin de transférer la pression du laminage. L'unité de pression (13, 14) est conçue comme un dispositif permettant de transférer une pression de laminage sur toute la longueur de ladite chaise (11, 12), de préférence comme au moins un cylindre de puissance hydraulique (H). Ledit appareil de cette invention présente l'avantage principal de fournir une solution considérablement plus économique et plus simple par le biais de l'élimination des cylindres de laminage et de l'utilisation d'un nouveau système d'incorporation des rouleaux de travail, ce qui permet d'éliminer l'abrasion et les pertes d'énergie qui sont inévitables avec un appareil traditionnel.
