Abstract

L'invention concerne une charnière d'automobile comprenant : un composant de portière conçu pour être monté sur un panneau de fermeture de véhicule et comportant une ouverture à axe de pivot conique ; un composant de carrosserie conçu pour être monté sur une structure de carrosserie de véhicule et comportant un bras de pivot. Le composant de portière et le composant de carrosserie sont conçus pour tourner autour d'un axe de pivot. Le composant de carrosserie comprend un élément structural conique et vertical s'étendant depuis le composant de carrosserie et conçu pour être aligné coaxialement avec l'axe de pivot et pour être fixé au plan structural au bras de pivot du composant de carrosserie. L'élément structural conique comporte une surface porteuse extérieure conique, de sorte que, lorsque la charnière est montée, le composant de portière s'imbrique sur le composant de carrosserie, les composants de portière et de carrosserie étant ainsi placés au plan dimensionnel au moyen des parois de l'ouverture à axe de pivot conique du composant de portière, qui interagissent avec la surface porteuse externe conique de l'élément structural conique. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'élément structural conique est placé sur le composant de portière et le composant de carrosserie est conçu pour le recevoir.
