Abstract
Un éjecteur de lubrifiant utilisé dans un fond de trou comporte un réservoir contenant un lubrifiant de remplacement et comprend un dispositif pour éjecter au moins une portion du lubrifiant. Un coupleur de débit connecté à l'éjecteur canalise le lubrifiant vers un dispositif connecté. Un éjecteur particulier comprend un rotor creux d'un moteur de fond de trou et un coupleur de débit spécifique comprend une déviation transversale qui dirige le lubrifiant de l'intérieur creux du rotor vers un ensemble de coussinets et qui dirige le fluide de forage, utilisé pour entraîner le moteur et créer la pression qui déplace un piston dans le rotor, de l'extérieur du rotor vers l'intérieur d'un passage à travers l'ensemble de coussinets. Une méthode comprend l'injection du lubrifiant à partir d'un réservoir dans le moteur de fond de trou vers l'ensemble de coussinets lorsque le moteur de fond de trou fonctionne.
