Abstract
L'invention concerne un outil entraîneur qui commande plusieurs attaches (52) simultanément par le biais d'un anneau externe d'un composant de valvule cardiaque dans l'annulus tissulaire environnant d'un coeur. L'outil entraîneur comprend deux couches de pignons satellites empilées (108, 110) qui entraînent des tiges flexibles (104, 106) qui commandent simultanément les attaches (52) dans les tissus environnants le composant de valvule cardiaque. Les tiges flexibles (104, 106) de la seconde couche de pignons menants (110) peuvent passer à travers des trous entre des pignons satellites (100) dans la première couche des pignons menants (108).
