Abstract

Un appareil et les procédés connexes pour la fabrication d'un couvercle de contenant qui comporte une languette de préhension fixée à au moins un bout d'une bande déchirable inviolable et située sur le rebord externe du couvercle. Une partie de languette de préhension est conçue pour qu'un manipulateur, tel que le doigt d'un usager, puisse s'y glisser afin de faciliter la déchirure de la bande déchirable du couvercle, de sorte que l'usager n'ait pas à tenir la bande déchirable entre deux doigts opposés. Le couvercle peut aussi comporter un élément de liaison extensible situé à au moins une des extrémités de la bande déchirable, dans un espace généralement appelé « puits ». L'élément de liaison extensible peut, entre autres, conférer une flexibilité supplémentaire à la bordure du couvercle sans endommager ses caractéristiques d'inviolabilité. Un anneau satellite peut être ajouté au couvercle ou au contenant afin d'en améliorer les caractéristiques d'inviolabilité et de mieux le protéger.
