Abstract
Appareil chirurgical autonome à essence pour l'application endoscopique de lignes latérales d'agrafes chirurgicales à un tissu corporel. L'appareil comprend un élément d'enclume et un élément de cartouche d'agrafes chirurgicales montés à l'extrémité distale d'une section endoscopique allongée. Un collet tubulaire de la section endoscopique se déplace de manière distale pour engager et guider l'élément d'enclume et l'élément de cartouche afin qu'ils soient alignés, ce qui fait en sorte de serrer le tissu corporel à agrafer entre l'élément d'enclume et l'élément de cartouche. Un système pneumatique autonome est disposé dans l'appareil chirurgical et peut être actionné pour éjecter et/ou insérer les agrafes chirurgicales dans le tissu corporel se trouvant serré entre les deux éléments. L'appareil comprend en outre un dispositif de verrouillage qui empêche le déclenchement accidentel de la gâchette.
