Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un câble multipolaire qui comprend au moins une paire de noyaux, et chaque noyau comprend au moins un élément conducteur et au moins une couche d'isolation électrique dans une position qui est radiale par rapport audit élément conducteur. Ce procédé comprend les stades suivants: a) assembler cette paire de noyaux de manière à former un élément assemblé qui possède plusieurs zones interstitielles entre lesdits noyaux; b) déposer par co-extrusion un matériau polymère extensible dans une position radialement extérieure audits noyaux de manière à remplir la zone interstitielle et former une couche de remplissage d'une zone de coupe transversale sensiblement circulaire puis former une couche de remplissage ainsi qu'au moins une couche de retenue d'un matériau polymère, dans une position radialement extérieure à ladite couche de remplissage. La présente invention concerne aussi un câble multipolaire obtenu par ce procédé.
