Abstract
Cette invention porte sur un procédé de production de fibres de pâte à papier séparées et séchées ainsi que sur un appareil et une méthode pour produire des fibres de pâte à papier séparées et séchées. Dans ce procédé, la pâte brute est amenée à un séchoir à tuyère. Le séchoir à tuyère sépare et sèche la pâte brute. Les fibres séparées et séchées sont extraites du séchoir à tuyère. La pâte brute peut être traitée avec un produit de traitement. Le séchoir à tuyère peut être maintenu à une pression négative. Les fibres résultantes peuvent présenter peu de nouds, peu de fines, et offrir une meilleure résistance au pliage, au bouclage et à la torsion. L'appareil pour réaliser ce procéder peut comprendre une station de prétraitement pour l'adjonction du produit de traitement, un dispositif d'alimentation en pâte conçu pour les pâtes et les mousses en suspension et une station de séparation des fibres munie d'un convoyeur à vide.
