Abstract

La présente invention concerne un système et un procédé permettant l'automatisation du processus de mise à disposition de services ILEC (opérateur local établi) au niveau de chaque central, ou autre point de présence ou emplacement. L'invention permet de réduire sensiblement l'effort requis par l'ILEC pour assurer ses responsabilités de mise à disposition de collocation, tout en accélérant le calendrier d'exécution de cycle de mise à disposition des services. Le procédé est mis en oeuvre entre les CLEC (opérateur local concurrent) et à la sortie des lignes de central, afin d'automatiser la mise à disposition de services CLEC, de services ILEC et de services CLEC à CLEC, ce qui permet aux ILEC d'être conformes aux nouvelles et anciennes réglementations FCC d'une manière efficace et peu onéreuse.
