Abstract
L'invention concerne un relais destiné à faciliter les communications établies par un système téléphonique entre des utilisateurs (32) entendants et des utilisateurs (60) nécessitant ou souhaitant une aide pour la compréhension de communications vocales. Afin de contourner les limitations de vitesse inhérentes à la frappe, l'assistant (40) d'appel situé au relais, au lieu de taper la plupart des mots, introduit en les réénonçant les mots prononcés par l'utilisateur (32) entendant, dans un ordinateur (42) qui exécute un progiciel de reconnaissance vocale formé à la voix de l'assistant (40). Le flot de texte produit par l'ordinateur ainsi que la voix de l'utilisateur entendant sont envoyés à l'utilisateur (60) assisté, de sorte que celui-ci peut visualiser un flot de texte qui sert de complément aux communications vocales.
