Abstract

Pour cette invention, l'excédent de poudre projetée que l'on récupère dans la cabine de pistolettage est renvoyé vers une alimentation en poudre desservant les pistolets de projection dans la cabine de pistolettage. Un séparateur, généralement de type cyclone, permet de séparer l'excédent de poudre dans le courant d'air à haut débit de la reprise de cabine. Après son dépôt dans une cuve de transfert, la poudre est envoyée par aspirateur de la cuve de transfert vers un bac de réception. On décharge alors la poudre se dans le bac d'alimentation de la centrale de distribution. En transportant par aspiration la poudre du cyclone vers la centrale de distribution on arrive à récupérer directement dans le bac d'alimentation la quasi-totalité de l'excédent de poudre projetée dans la cabine de pistolettage. Ainsi, on ramène à un minimum les temps de séjour de la poudre dans le cyclone ou le bac de réception d'aspiration pendant une opération de projection. Le nettoyage du bac de réception est facilité par son pivotement. Pour nettoyer la ligne d'aspiration, on dispose d'un ou de plusieurs nettoyeurs que l'on peut tirer sur la longueur de la ligne d'aspiration.
