Abstract

Procédé de création d'effets de couleur dans un matériau extrudable comme le plastique. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : la fourniture d'un premier écoulement de matière visqueuse d'une première couleur et d'un deuxième écoulement de matière visqueuse d'une deuxième couleur, la deuxième couleur étant différente de la première. Ensuite, le premier et le deuxième écoulement sont combinés pour former un flux de matière visqueuse. Le flux est caractérisé par une première bande de la première couleur et une deuxième bande de la deuxième couleur, la deuxième bande étant adjacente à la première. Le flux de matière visqueuse est introduit dans un mélangeur statique de manière à ce que, à la sortie du mélangeur statique, le flux soit caractérisé par une troisième bande d'une troisième couleur, la troisième couleur étant différente des deux autres. La troisième bande est placée entre la première et la deuxième bande.
