Abstract
L'invention concerne un bourrelet de poil qui se présente sous la forme d'une couche de segments de fil (20) fixée sur une bande dorsale en plastique (1) par soudage ultrasonore (21). Les boucles de fil (20) sont prises dans un canal (16) sur un côté de la bande. Ce canal est constitué par l'extraction de brides (15) à partir de la bande au moyen d'un outil tranchant (figure 8) à paire de surfaces tranchantes en biseau (2a, 2b) décroissant vers l'intérieur et espacées. De préférence, la bande est enroulée sur un cabestan (9), en plusieurs tours, et le cabestan déroule la bande devant l'outil tranchant, qui laisse des encoches le long du canal à l'extérieur des brides. La base du canal n'est pas affectée par l'outil tranchant et présente une surface non contrainte sur laquelle sont soudés les fils. Les encoches améliorent la flexibilité de courbure de la bande, facilitant l'insertion du bourrelet dans une rainure en T (22).
