Abstract
L'invention concerne un accès d'interface fluidique de système microfludique, et un procédé relatif à l'établissement de ce type d'accès. Ledit accès comporte une ouverture, dans la paroi latérale d'un microcanal, selon une taille et une configuration assimilables à une paroi virtuelle lorsque le microcanal est rempli d'un premier liquide. L'accès considéré permet de remplir le microcanal avec un premier liquide, d'introduire un second liquide dans le premier liquide et d'évacuer un fluide hors du microcanal.
