Abstract

Le procédé d'habillage est pour des produits avec des manchons étirables. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on réalise une bobine de gaine étirable en formant une gaine tubulaire en une matière plastique étirable à la dimension nécessaire à l'habillage du produit, en mettant la gaine à plat en formant un soufflet dans chaque côté du contour pour réduire la largeur de la gaine à plat, et en enroulant la gaine sur une bobine. Ensuite le procédé se caractérise en ce qu'on met en place les manchons étirables sur les produits en dévidant la gaine avec ses soufflets, en alignant la gaine sur la ligne de travail, en entraînant la gaine à plat dans le dispositif de coupe pour couper un manchon, et en récupérant le manchon coupé pour le placer sur le produit.
