Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé et un appareil d'établissement d'un appel à frais virés passé via un réseau par paquets. Divers modes de réalisation de l'invention concernent un système qui facilite la communication vocale entre un appelant et un appelé, les coûts de la session de transmission étant facturés à l'appelé. Selon un mode de réalisation, l'appelé se voit demander s'il veut bien accepter les coûts associés à la session de transmission vocale pendante, avant que les deux correspondants ne soient placés en communication vocale l'un avec l'autre. Un autre mode de réalisation concerne des services permettant de générer une offre électronique pour participer à une session de communication vocale avec un correspondant, l'offre étant conditionnée par la satisfaction d'un ensemble d'une ou de plusieurs offres ou conditions stipulées par l'offrant. Le procédé consiste également à offrir des services permettant de recevoir une indication d'un destinataire de l'offre via un réseau de données indiquant l'acceptation de l'offre et l'établissement de la session de communication vocale entre le destinataire de l'offre et le correspondant en conformité avec au moins un sous-ensemble de la ou des conditions stipulées par l'offrant.
