Abstract
L'invention concerne des outils à main (40) permettant de saisir un rail de contact d'une voie ferrée, de manière à faciliter la fixation dans le sol de celui-ci. Un premier élément (42) comprend une première mâchoire (43) au niveau d'une extrémité de celui-ci, un manche au niveau de l'extrémité opposée et une première partie intermédiaire s'étendant entre la première mâchoire et le manche. Un second élément (52) est fixé de manière pivotante sur le premier élément et comprend une seconde mâchoire (53) au niveau d'une extrémité de celui-ci, un ensemble de dents triangulaires (54) au niveau de l'extrémité opposée de celui-ci et une seconde partie intermédiaire s'étendant entre la seconde mâchoire et l'ensemble de dents triangulaires. Les première et seconde mâchoires sont conçues de manière à pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre, en vue de saisir des parties latérales opposées d'un rail de contact d'une voie ferrée quand le manche est déplacé vers le bas, afin que la seconde partie intermédiaire soit en contact électrique avec la partie supérieure d'un rail de contact d'une voie ferrée. Un cliquet s'étend à partir de la première partie intermédiaire et est conçu pour venir en contact avec l'ensemble de dents triangulaires, de manière à maintenir les première et seconde mâchoires en contact avec les côtés opposés respectifs d'un rail de contact d'une voie ferrée. Un élément de sollicitation (62) est associé de manière fonctionnelle au cliquet et est conçu pour contraindre celui-ci de manière qu'il vient en contact avec l'ensemble de dents triangulaires. Un levier de dégagement (64) est associé de manière fonctionnelle à l'élément de sollicitation et/ou au cliquet et est conçu pour dégager le cliquet de l'ensemble de dents triangulaires et pour permettre un mouvement du manche permettant de dégager l'outil à main d'un rail de contact
