Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de soudage par recouvrement ô l'aide d'un faisceau ô haute densité d'énergie (11) de deux tôles (1, 2) revêtues, caractérisé en ce que l'on sépare le faisceau (11) en un premier sous faisce au (12) traversant les deux tôles (1, 2) revêtues et formant dans cette zone un premier bain de métal fondu (18) et en un second sous faisceau (13) non traversant et formant un second bain de métal fondu (19) dont la profondeur est inférieure ô l'épaisseur de la tôle revêtue supérieure (1) et chevauchan t au moins une partie du premier bain de métal fondu (18) pour favoriser l'évacuation de la vapeur du matériau de revêtement et on dirige sur le seco nd bain de métal fondu (19) un jet de gaz neutre ô haute vitesse d'éjection pou r former ô la surface du second bain de métal fondu une cuvette (22).
