Abstract
La présente invention a pour objet un produit d'acier, particulièrement un produit d'acier tel qu'un tube en acier sans soudure, offrant une résistance mécanique élevée et une excellente résistance à la fissuration causée par la tension dans les milieux contenant des sulfures d'hydrogène. La composition chimique de l'acier utilisé permet d'obtenir un produit offrant une résistance mécanique élevée, une haute résistance à la fissuration causée par la tension dans les milieux contenant des sulfures d'hydrogène et une forte ténacité à la rupture. L'invention est caractérisée par le fait que sa fabrication nécessite une barre d'acier faiblement allié composée des éléments suivants, en pourcentage en poids, outre du fer : C entre 0,20 et 0,26; P d'un maximum de 0,02; S d'un maximum de 0,005; Mo entre 0,40 et 0,85; Cr entre 0,90 et 1,10; Al entre 0,01 et 0,05; Mn entre 0,3 et 0,5; hydrogène maximum au moment du coulage de 2 ppm, Cu +8 Sn ? 30 %; Si + Mn ? 0,9 %. Total maximum de 0,20 ppm et maximum total de N de 80 ppm, et parce que cela comprend un traitement thermique consistant en une double trempe ou une double trempe suivie d'une trempe.
