Abstract
La présente invention est liée à l'industrie pharmaceutique et alimentaire et concerne, plus particulièrement, un procédé d'obtention d'un extrait de gingembre par moyen thermique, faisant intervenir du beurre comme substance d'extraction. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir un composé de couleur jaune ocre, de consistance liquide et dense à température ambiante, renfermant les principaux composants liposolubles du gingembre. Ce composé a un effet thérapeutique démontré chez des animaux de laboratoire sur les inflammations aiguës et chroniques et peut être utilisé comme agent antihistaminique, comme agent antisérotoninique et comme inhibiteur de l'anaphylaxie cutanée passive (réaction d'hypersensibilité de type I) induite par les IgE, pour traiter l'asthme allergique, notamment.
