Abstract

La présente invention concerne des compositions contenant un spicule fixé sur un site spécifique d'une protéine et des méthodes de production et d'utilisation desdites compositions. Lesdites compositions comprennent un spicule, une partie queue et une partie protéine. La partie protéine contient un résidu de cystéine substituée situé sur l'emplacement souhaité de marquage. La partie queue est située au niveau de l'extrémité terminale de la partie protéine. Le spicule est lié à l'extrémité de la partie queue et contient un résidu de cystéine. Le résidu de cystéine substituée présente sur la partie protéine et le résidu de cystéine présent sur le spicule forment une liaison disulfure, marquant ainsi la partie protéine au niveau du site souhaité présentant le spicule.
