Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (10) permettant l'exploitation de matières premières ou le traçage (creusement) de galeries ou de tunnels. Ce dispositif comprend au moins un outil (1) entraîné en rotation et appliqué par percussion. Ce dispositif (10) convient en particulier pour l'extraction de roches dures telles que le minerai de platine, et comprend un manchon (6) supporté de manière rotative à l'intérieur d'une enveloppe, et un arbre excentrique (4) monté dans l'ouverture du manchon. Cet arbre excentrique est connecté par une extrémité à l'outil (1), et il est monté de manière à présenter une rotation excentrique par rapport à l'axe du manchon, autour de l'axe M¿E? de l'arbre excentrique. Ce dispositif comprend un système d'entraînement comprenant un arbre d'entraînement couplé au manchon (6), et un mécanisme permettant d'imprimer une rotation à l'arbre excentrique (4). Ce mécanisme comprend un système d'entraînement (20) cycloïdal installé à l'extérieur du manchon (6), dont l'arbre d'entrée et de sortie est constitué par l'arbre excentrique (4). Dans une forme de réalisation, le mécanisme d'entraînement (20) cycloïdal comprend un disque (7) à cames présentant une circonférence externe (8) cycloïde, fixé par torsion sur l'arbre excentrique (4). Ce disque circule dans un anneau externe (11) équipé de rouleaux (12) disposés de manière concentrique et servant de rouleaux externes. Le mouvement de roulement du disque (7) à cames contre l'anneau (11) externe entraîne le déplacement du disque (7) à cames autour de son axe lorsque le manchon (6) est entraîné en rotation, et entraîne simultanément l'arbre excentrique (4) en rotation à vitesse réduite autour de son axe M¿E?.
