Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation d'urée à partir de dioxyde de carbone et d'ammoniac, au moyen d'un procédé de lavage d'urée, ce procédé mettant en oeuvre un dispositif de lavage haute pression et un condensateur haute pression. Une solution de synthèse d'urée est formée, et le condensé de vapeur qui se forme durant le lavage haute pression de la solution de synthèse d'urée est utilisé pour la décomposition à pression moyenne du carbamate d'ammonium dans la solution de synthèse d'urée. Ce procédé se caractérise en ce que la combinaison du condensé de vapeur et de la vapeur A, qui se forme dans le condensateur haute pression, est utilisée pour la décomposition à pression moyenne, le condensateur à haute pression étant un condensateur immergé. L'invention concerne également un procédé permettant d'améliorer une installation de production d'urée comprenant un procédé de lavage thermique.
