Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à distribuer un produit à un consommateur et consistant à utiliser un réseau informatique pour interagir avec le consommateur en vue d'obtenir des informations comprenant au moins une séquence d'acides nucléiques cible, et à fournir une séquence amorce avant, une séquence amorce inverse et une séquence sonde présentant des caractéristiques spécifiées, la séquence amorce avant et la séquence amorce inverse définissant ensemble une séquence amplicon, l'amplicon se trouvant dans la séquence d'acides nucléiques, la séquence sonde étant complémentaire d'une partie de la séquence amplicon. Ledit procédé consiste ensuite à fabriquer un produit d'analyse comprenant une amorce avant selon la séquence amorce avant, une amorce inverse selon la séquence amorce inverse et une sonde selon la séquence sonde, à valider l'une au moins de l'amorce avant, de l'amorce inverse et de la sonde, puis à distribuer le produit d'analyse à un consommateur.
