L~insert fonctionnel (3) comprend un corps (30) portant sur sa surface ext~rieure au moins une ailette flexible (31) destin~e ~ former une jonction ~tanche avec le goulot (4) et un ~l~ment fonctionnel (6, 7), et est caract~ris~ en ce que : a) l~insert fonctionnel (3) comprend un adh~sif (5) typiquement port~ par l~ailette (31), l~adh~sif (5) ~tant choisi pour adh~re r au goulot (4), b) l~adh~sif (5) est un adh~sif typiquement permanent, choisi en consistance ou viscosit~ afin qu~il ne flue que sous contrainte. Ainsi, e n solidarisant le corps au goulot par une zone de contact adh~sif, on empÚche tout d~placement axial vers le haut de l~insert fonctionnel (3).
