Abstract
la présente invention concerne un procédé et une installation de compactage de matériaux. Plus particulièrement, cette invention consiste à soumettre à des vibrations une </= masse verte >/= lors d'un processus de moulage pour la création de corps de moule destinés à la fabrication d'électrodes dans le secteur de la fonderie, en particulier dans l'industrie de l'électrolyse de l'aluminium. L'installation comprend deux coquilles de moulage (<i>m</i><i>l</i><i>, m</i><i>b</i>) qui s'emboîtent l'une dans l'autre sous la force d'un ou de plusieurs ressorts (<i>k</i><i>3</i>). L'une au moins des coquilles est dotée d'un dispositif vibrant. Dans un mode de réalisation, l'installation comprend une table inférieure avec des parois de moulage et une masse de plombage supérieure. Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, Les vibrations sont appliquées par l'intermédiaire de la masse de plombage. Pendant l'opération de vibration, la masse de plombage descend vers la table à cause de la masse intermédiaire en train d'être compactée. La table peut reposer sur un socle dont elle est séparée par au moins un ressort (<i>k1</i>) et éventuellement un élément amortisseur (<i>d1</i>). Les ressorts de l'installation peuvent être conçus pour que la masse de plombage et la table puissent osciller selon une ou plusieurs fréquences qui produisent un gain maximum par rapport à la masse à compacter. L'élément amortisseur (<i>d1</i>) doit avoir une fonction de stabilisation et d'isolement. Le compactage peut se dérouler dans des conditions de dépression spécifiques pour l'évacuation des gaz.
